At this time, the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the non-standard hydraulic cylinder is significant. In this case, the non-standard hydraulic cylinder is prone to discoloration. The quality of the hydraulic oil is too poor. When the excavator changes surge oil, many owners do not buy original hydraulic oil to save money, which can easily cause the cylinder to discolor. Since extreme pressure anti-wear additives are added to the hydraulic oil, the proportions of additives in hydraulic oils from different manufacturers vary, so the mixture can discolor and even affect the hydraulic system.
The rod of the non-standard hydraulic cylinder often comes into contact with the external environment, making it easy to accumulate dust and impurities, especially under harsh working conditions, which can become more severe. If not cleaned in time, the non-standard cylinder will discolor due to the accumulation of dust.
If blue is observed, it may be due to the additives in the oil seal and the hydraulic oil adhering to the non-standard cylinder rod at high temperatures. If it turns black, it may be due to lead from the wear-resistant sleeve adhering to the non-standard cylinder rod.
If the hardness of the non-standard hydraulic cylinder body changes, it is likely to occur during the boring process, and tool wear will increase, which may even lead to poor cutting conditions and waste products. Additionally, using a floating boring tool can also affect the quality of the inner hole.
Moreover, during the manufacturing process of the non-standard hydraulic cylinder, workers need to strictly control the clamping of the workpiece and the adjustment of the boring machine. In fact, throughout the boring process, the alignment of the fixture, workpiece boring machine spindle, boring bar seat, oil reservoir, boring tool, and boring bar is key to ensuring the quality of the inner hole processing. When adjusting the boring machine, be sure to ensure coaxiality. Additionally, check the adjustment of the pressure chamber at the rear and restore any wear in a timely manner. In rough machining, a chuck can be used to improve productivity.
